En tussen al dat recreatief gebeuren staat middenin, aan het water deze (hervormde) kerk die Ankertsjerke wordt genoemd (uit 1755 alweer). In de 19e eeuw verbouwd en in 1956 en 2014 grondig gerestaureerd. Ligt op een omheind kerkhofje. Niet spectaculair mooi, maar toch een onmisbaar element.
Village on the water, everywhere: harbors, campsites sailing schools. And in between all that recreational activity is in the middle, on the water, this (reformed) church that is called Ankertsjerke (from 1755 again). Renovated in the 19th century and thoroughly restored in 1956 and 2014. Set in an enclosed graveyard. Not spectacularly beautiful, but an indispensable element.
