Ik was enorm verrast toen het mooie pakketje werd bezorgd en kon niet wachten om de bikini’s te bekijken. De teleurstelling des te groter toen de eerste bikini veel te groot bleek, ik had mijn voorgevel nog iets groter ingeschat na de zwangerschap  De andere bikini was dezelfde maat, in een andere kleur, passen dus niet nodig…. Artikelen netjes binnen de termijn weer in dezelfde mooie doos retour gestuurd. Tot mijn grote verbazing ontvang ik een mail met uiterst ranzige foto (broekje met een grote vlek), waarin wordt gezegd dat ik het broekje moet betalen aangezien deze is gepast en dus vernietigd moet worden. Het blijkt zelfs om de bikini te gaan die niet is gepast. Zoals ik net al schreef is het broekje niet eens uit de doos gehaald. Na een mailconversatie luid de conclusie dat ik het broekje moet betalen. Een bikini broekje van 30,- vond ik eigenlijk al schokkend maar om voor iets te betalen wat ik dus niet heb gedragen en keurig netjes zonder vlekken retour heb gestuurd, gaat echt te ver. Daarbij nog niet eens over een onterechte beschuldiging gesproken.. Na wat Google werk, waarin ik eerst alleen maar recensies vol lof tegen kom, stuit ik op veel meer recensies met vergelijkbare verhalen. Een kaartje dat er af is gehaald, een bandje dat ontbreekt, kapotte kleding… en uiteraard moet de koper dit betalen. Ik vind het ronduit schokkend dat zo’n mooie winkel dit soort praktijken levert. Dus weet je zeker dat een maat goed is, dan is Annadiva een geweldige (web)winkel, mooie verpakking en mooie lingerie en zwemkleding. Mocht je twijfelen, doe het niet! Je wordt belazerd waar je bij staat... Shocking!!! After two pregnancies I thought I could treat myself to a nice bikini. I was very surprised when the beautiful package was delivered and could not wait to see the bikinis. The disappointment all the greater when the first bikini turned out to be much too big, I had estimated my facade a bit bigger after the pregnancy  The other bikini was the same size, in a different color, so no fitting…. Items are neatly returned in the same beautiful box within the term. To my great surprise I receive an email with an extremely dirty photo (bottom with a big stain), in which it is said that I have to pay for the bottom as it is fitted and must therefore be destroyed. It even turns out to be the bikini that is not fitted. As I just wrote, the bottom has not even been taken out of the box. After an email conversation, the conclusion is that I have to pay for the pants. I actually found a bikini bottom of 30, - shocking, but to pay for something that I have not worn and returned neatly without stains, is really going too far. Not even mention of an unfounded accusation. After some Google work, in which at first I only encounter reviews full of praise, I come across many more reviews with similar stories. A ticket that has been taken off, a band that is missing, broken clothing ... and of course the buyer has to pay for this. I find it downright shocking that such a beautiful store delivers this kind of practice. So if you are sure that a size is right, then Annadiva is a great (web) store, beautiful packaging and beautiful lingerie and swimwear. If in doubt, don't do it! You will be cheated in front of you ...

An unbelievable amount of advertising by email and despite unsubscribing from the newsletter umpteen times, I keep getting dumped. No response to emails.
