β β β β β I was so clever to drill a hole in my water pipe, saturday night. Within half an hour (I was lucky, I guess) a plumber arrived and quickly fixed the problem. Thumbs up for Anouar, very friendly and skilled!

β β β β β Our old boiler gave up on Friday morning and we had a new one installed by Saturday afternoon! Probably not the cheapest way to change a boiler as totally unplanned (if your boiler is 15 years old you might want to be a bit more clever than we have been!), but these guys have been very efficient and responsive. The only thing Iβd recommend you do is not necessarily go with the first quote blindly without discussing the technical specifications of the replacement boiler. Had we done so in the rush of it all, we would have ended up with an under-specified boiler. When we contacted them to discuss details, one of their staff was available and competently discussed options with us, reviewing our needs and re-issued a quote for a more suitable model, late on the Friday. There was a few hours delay on the day of installation, but someone was available and returned our call, reassuring us the boiler would be installed on the day. And it certainly was!
Would use them again! But hopefully wonβt need another boiler for a while :-)

Needless to say we thought we would be without heating and warm water for days, but I eventually stumbled upon this service and the repairman who assisted us facetimed us and directed me to fix the boiler and it worked! We are so thankful! My sister and I had no knowledge of boilers or plumbing so it was a little bit of a challenge but we got some great help anyway and we managed to get our boiler fixed for free and in a speedy manner. Thank you!

β β β β β Our boiler is in a hard to reach point, firstly contacting another local service for boiler repair, they suggested we needed to make a hole in our ceiling to access the boiler, we thought we should get a second opinion and contacted A.N.O and they came out on the same day very nice guy got the problem fixed in half an hour and no need for making alterations to our ceiling! Thanks so much guys for hot water over Christmas!
