★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In oktober heb ik bij Anouk een virtuele maagband laten plaatsen. De strijd die ik voerde met eten was na de eerste behandeling al weg. Ik val af, wat mij al jaren niet lukt. En dit keer zonder heel veel moeite, diëten en de sportschool. Anouk is een fijne therapeut. Ik voel me gehoord en begrepen. Naast de sessies kun je haar altijd een vraag stellen waar je snel antwoord op krijgt. Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden die strijd heeft met eten en zich lekkerder in zijn of haar vel wil voelen.
