★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne yin-yoga lessen bij Anouk gevolgd. Ze zorgt voor een goede verdieping tijdens de lessen waardoor je erna weer helemaal uitgerust voelt.
 Very nice yin-yoga classes followed at Anouk. She provides a good floor during the lessons so that you feel completely rested afterwards.

Ik raad iedereen haar yin-lessen aan en kan haar ook erg aanbevelen als coach!
Anouk has a vision, from which she has developed her own professionalism. Fortunately for all of us, she likes to share this with us! Both in her accessible yoga classes and in her coaching programs. I have experience with both and they really help me to take more and better time for myself. I recommend her yin classes to everyone and can also highly recommend her as a coach!
