 Bad service. I purchased one of their items online and after replacing it because the item was too big for me, they did not grant me a refund claiming that I had removed the label, which obviously never happened. Scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself seems great, the brands are nice and what I’m looking for, but immediately after entering another group of customers or store employees, or I don’t know who they were joined the store employees in ridiculing and laughing at what I was wearing. Service and hospitality is an absolute disaster I was treated like TRASH.

They did not even as much as glance at us afterwards. Would love if they'd improve that as a company. Because I do not think its worth it, spending my money in a shop where you are treated like this
