Was een modulare draad kwijt.
Kon gewoon een nieuwe bestellen voor een best oude voeding.
Eerst kreek ik een verkeerde draad,ze stuurde daarna de goede draad op zonder gedoe.
Good service.
Had lost a modular wire.
Could just order a new one for a best old diet.
First I creep a wrong wire, she then sent the good wire without any hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le SAV d'Antec est absolument inacceptable. Mon alimentation est tombé en panne pendant la durée de la garantie, je leur ait même transmis la facture d'achat, mais ils prétextent que l'alimentation est sorti de leurs stock au-delà de la garantie, mais la loi dit que c'est la facture d'achat du client final qui fait foi pour la garantie. Marque à fuir absolument, car si ça marche, tant mieux pour vous, mais si vous avez le moindre problème, vous êtes bon pour racheter un autre produit, même si le problème est intervenu pendant la garantie. HONTEUX !
Antec's service is absolutely unacceptable. My food broke down for the duration of the warranty, I even sent them the purchase invoice, but they claim that the food is out of their stock beyond the warranty, but the law says that it is the purchase invoice from the end customer that is valid for the guarantee. Brand to escape absolutely, because if it works, good for you, but if you have any problem, you are good to buy another product, even if the problem occurred during the warranty. HONTEUX!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho spedito in Olanda un alimentatore Antec 750W Gold difettoso.
Premetto che per organizzare l'apertura della pratica Rma mi ci è voluto quasi un mese dato che rispondono con il contagocce essendo lentissimi e portando il cliente a stufarsi e a mollare tutto.
Una volta arrivato in Olanda mi è stato proposto un alimentatore con certificato Bronze (quindi inferiore al mio) e ho rifiutato spiegando che non stavano rispettando le regole che disciplinano la sostituzione di un prodotto in garanzia ovvero quello di riceverne uno di pari o superiori prestazioni.Siccome in magazzino avevano solo l'alimentatore 750W Bronze hanno reiterato più volte di avere solo quello nonostante io stessi insistendo per riceverne anche uno da 850W ma con certificazione Gold (ci sono circa 10 euro di differenza con la versione 750W gold e non è che Antec sarebbe fallita)ma nulla da fare e la mia richiesta è stata immediatamente rifiutata con il risultato che debba spettare 3 mesi per l'arrivo dell'alimentatore...Sono dell'opinione che una casa produttrice che sbandiera i propri prodotti come tra i migliori sul mercato debba fare i conti con un servizio post-vendita inefficiente e deleterio per il cliente oltre a non fornire alcun tipo di sostituzione sul territorio italiano dei prodotti in quanto non esiste un laboratorio di Rma in Italia e occorre penare per quello olandese con attese ingiustificate ed irriguardose per il cliente.In definitiva non consiglio Antec!
I sent a defective Antec 750W Gold power supply to the Netherlands.
I state that to organize the opening of the RMA practice it took me almost a month since they respond with the dropper being very slow and leading the customer to get bored and give up everything.
Once I arrived in Holland, I was offered a Bronze certified power supply (lower than mine) and I refused explaining that they were not respecting the rules governing the replacement of a product under warranty or that of receiving one of equal or greater performance. Since they only had the 750W Bronze power supply in the warehouse, they repeatedly reiterated that they only had one, despite the fact that I insisted on receiving even one of 850W but with Gold certification (there is about 10 euros difference with the 750W gold version and it is not that Antec would have failed) but nothing to do and my request was immediately rejected with the result that it should be 3 months for the arrival of the feeder ... I am of the opinion that a manufacturer that claims its products as among the best on the market, he has to deal with an inefficient and deleterious after-sales service for the customer as well as not providing any type of replacement on the territory I Italian of products because there is no RMA laboratory in Italy and it is necessary to suffer for the Dutch one with unjustified and disrespectful expectations for the customer. Ultimately I do not recommend Antec!
