In een prachtige winkel, met een kop koffie, geholpen en geadviseerd door de eigenaresse. Dat was nog eens een fijne ervaring! Ik ben super blij met mijn verjaardagscadeau en hoop op plezierige wandel kilometers. Succes in jullie mooie winkel. Onze ervaring geven wij graag door aan anderen. Dear people, in the store we thanked you very much for the pleasant approach and the honest and good advice when choosing a pair of hiking boots. In a beautiful shop, with a cup of coffee, helped and advised by the owner. That was a nice experience! I am very happy with my birthday present and hope for pleasant walking miles. Ontvangen met koffie en thee en daarna , in alle rust eerst de voeten goed opgemeten . Vervolgens een aantal verschillende merken schoenen kunnen passen en testen . Een wandeling door t centrum van Alblasserdam werd zelfs aangeraden door onze zeer kundige en vriendelijke verkoopster . Na een paar uur de deur uit met heel fijne nieuwe schoenen en blij met de super service . Leuke winkel met uitgebreid assortiment en vooral de puike service ,kunde en tijd die men voor je neemt is een fijne ervaring . Went here on recommendation to buy new hiking boots. Didn't regret it. Received with coffee and tea and then, in peace, first measured the feet well. Then try on and test a number of different brands of shoes. A walk through the center of Alblasserdam was even recommended by our very knowledgeable and friendly saleswoman. After a few hours I left the house with very nice new shoes and happy with the super service. Nice store with an extensive range and especially the excellent service, expertise and time that they take for you is a great experience.

That was ok, as I need this in June, so I could wait. After a week with no communication I sent an email to check on the status of this order. I had a reply from Ingrid where she cancelled my order because shipping was too expensive, I was disappointed, but understood, though I wonder why they post for sales internationally if they have not considered this. What is must frustrating about this is when I received my refund, it was for less than what I paid. Exchanges rates had changed, so it cost me nearly $20 for them to fail to follow through with my purchase. I am sure these are nice folks, but I would warn online shoppers that what you purchase may not be sent and refunds my not be what you spent.
