★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten hier einen Anhänger reserviert, aber zum Abholzeitpunkt war niemand vor Ort anzutreffen. Auch auf mehrfache telefonische Kontaktversuche reagierte keiner. Auch ein Rückruf erfolgte nicht. Wir mussten dann kurzfristig eine andere Vermietung finden, damit unsere Pläne nicht komplett ins Wasser fallen.
Falls der Termin vergessen wurde, kann das ja mal passieren. Aber auf mehrere Anrufe nicht zu reagieren (inkl. Rückruf) ist für mich kein Geschäftsgebaren.
We had reserved a trailer here, but at pickup time no one was on site. Even on multiple telephone contact attempts no one responded. Also a recall did not take place. We then had to find another rental at short notice, so that our plans do not fall completely into the water.
If the appointment was forgotten, that can happen. But not responding to multiple calls (including recall) is not business conduct for me.
