Wir wurden zu jederzeit freundlich beraten, kein Wunsch ist offen geblieben, keine Rückfrage war zu viel. Dabei wurde unser Budget zu 100 % berücksichtigt. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt Herrn Leonard Strohmeyer, er hat uns zu jederzeit verstanden und alle unsere Wünsche umgesetzt. Wir sind begeistert von der totalen Veränderung, es ist ein völlig neuer Raum entstanden. Von den eingebauten Geräten sind wir schon nach wenigen Tagen mehr als positiv überrascht. Ganz herzlich danken wir auch Herrn Werner Thelen. Dear Thelen team, Thank you very much for the top advice and implementation of our kitchen project. We were given friendly advice at all times, no wish was left unanswered, no question was too much. Our budget was taken into account 100%. Our special thanks go to Mr. Leonard Strohmeyer, he understood us at all times and implemented all of our wishes. We are enthusiastic about the total change, a completely new room has emerged. We are more than positively surprised by the built-in devices after just a few days. We would also like to thank Mr. Werner Thelen very much.

Die Beratung in der sehr schönen Ausstellung war sehr gut und wir konnten gemeinsam einen tollen Stil mit den genau passenden Geräten absprechen. Die Lieferung lief wie besprochen in der richtigen Woche und auch der Aufbau war tadellos! Auch kleinere Mängel wurden bei der Montage zeitnah und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit behoben. Nach etwa einem Jahr hat sich eine Front ganz plötzlich gelöst, nicht mal 24h später wurde das Problem gelöst und die Front verstärkt befestigt. Ganz klasse! Die nächste Küche sicher wieder von hier. Vielen Dank!! Thank you for the great kitchen, I am completely satisfied as a customer! The advice in the very beautiful exhibition was very good and we were able to agree on a great style with exactly the right equipment. The delivery went as discussed in the right week and the assembly was perfect! Even minor defects were corrected promptly and to my full satisfaction during assembly. After about a year, a front suddenly came loose, not even 24 hours later the problem was solved and the front was reinforced. Great! The next kitchen for sure from here. Many thanks!!

Fouten in installatieplan, na aanbetaling zeer moeizaam contact en afspraken worden niet nagekomen. Na meerdere contacten met het bedrijf wat de montage heeft verricht (en waarbij de wijze van hun communicatie ook enige verbetering behoeft), zijn de (meeste) punten adequaat opgepakt en aangepast. Uiteindelijk een mooi resultaat, de weg er naar toe had beter kunnen gaan. We would like to share our experience to provide potential customers with information about this company. Errors in installation plan, very difficult contact after payment and agreements are not fulfilled. After several contacts with the company that carried out the assembly (and where the manner of their communication also needs some improvement), (most) points have been adequately addressed and adjusted. Ultimately a good result, the way to it could have been better.

Wij kwamen er bij toeval terecht omdat in Nederland alles gesloten was i.v.m. lock-down. Serviceniveau hoger en prijzen lager dan in NL. Kan het van harte aanbevelen. Large showroom with very nice kitchens and friendly staff. Mrs. Joosten gave us great advice! We are looking forward to our new kitchen and thank you very much for the cooperation. Ein sehr schönes Ambiente, freundliche und vor allem kompetente Berater. In unserem Fall hatten wir einige Sonderwünsche die sehr professionell berücksichtigt und umgesetzt wurden. Bei der Montage der Küche gilt das gleiche. Das ganze zu einem Preis der mit der angebotenen Leistung absolut fair ist. Meine Erfahrung...immer wieder! We are absolutely satisfied. We were also with other suppliers before buying our kitchen. At Thelen everything is right from the start. A very nice atmosphere, friendly and above all competent advisors. In our case we had some special requests that were taken into account and implemented very professionally. The same applies to the assembly of the kitchen. All at a price that is absolutely fair with the service offered. My experience ... again and again!

Insgesamt ist alles sehr wohnlich gestaltet, sodass man sich die Küchen auch Zuhause gut vorstellen kann. Super nettes Personal, absolute Fachkenntnisse in allen Bereichen mit vielen wertvollen Tipps. Ich kann Thelen in Nettetal wirklich nur jedem empfehlen, der über eine neue Küche nachdenkt! Best kitchen studio. On a huge area you can look at everything your heart desires in kitchens. Overall, everything is designed very comfortably, so that you can easily imagine the kitchens at home. Super nice staff, absolute expertise in all areas with lots of valuable tips. I can only recommend Thelen in Nettetal to everyone who is thinking about a new kitchen!
A	Angelika Philippen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inzwischen haben wir bereits 2 Projekte zur vollsten Zufriedenheit mit der Firma Thelen umgesetzt. Das erste Projekt war ein Einbaukleiderschrank. Ich bin heute noch überrascht, wie viel Platz man mit gescheiter Planung aus einer kleinen Nische rausholen kann! Es hat alles prima geklappt: Tolle Beratung, kreativer Vorschlag, saubere und fehlerfreie Montage! Das ist auch der Grund, warum wir das zweite Projekt ebenfalls mit der Firma Thelen gemacht haben. Beim zweiten Projekt ging es um zwei Regalwände für Bücher inkl. beleuchteter Glasvitrinen und ein DVD-Regal. Wir wurden super beraten, unsere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und wir haben gute Tipps bekommen, was Sinn macht und was nicht. Die Montage ist hervorragend gelaufen und die Kollegen vor Ort waren nicht nur sehr sympathisch, sondern auch schnell, leise und total ordentlich. Es wurde ein kleines Teil nachgeliefert - hier musste ich nicht "hinterher laufen", sondern wurde aktiv von den Kollegen von Thelen auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Wir sparen jetzt auf das dritte Projekt :-) In the meantime we have already implemented 2 projects to our complete satisfaction with Thelen. The first project was a built-in wardrobe. I am still surprised today how much space you can get out of a small niche with clever planning! Everything went very well: great advice, creative suggestion, clean and error-free assembly! That is also the reason why we also did the second project with the Thelen company. The second project was about two wall shelves for books including illuminated glass showcases and a DVD shelf. We received excellent advice, our wishes were taken into account and we received good tips on what makes sense and what doesn't. The assembly went extremely well and the colleagues on site were not only very personable, but also fast, quiet and totally tidy. A small part was delivered - I didn't have to "run after" here, but was actively kept up to date by my colleagues from Thelen. We are now saving on the third project :-)
