★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze dochter heeft rijles gehad bij de ANWB en dit was helaas een groot drama: Rijlessen werden soms 5 minuten voor tijd afgezegd, er zat totaal geen voortgang in (pas na 14 uur rijles mocht ze zelf gas gaan geven), les gehad van ca. 6 instructeurs die ieder hun eigen manier/opvatting van autorijden instrueren en verkeerd (te hoog) factureren. Na klachten over dit alles een kleine tegemoetkoming gehad, maar dit was zeker niet genoeg voor alle tekortkomingen. Voor mijn dochter en voor ons een totale afknapper, deze 'opleiding'.
Our daughter has had driving lessons at the ANWB and this was unfortunately a big drama: Driving lessons were sometimes canceled 5 minutes before time, there was absolutely no progress in it (only after 14 hours of driving lessons she was allowed to give gas) 6 instructors who each instruct their own way / concept of driving and incorrectly invoice (too high). After complaints about all this had a small compensation, but this was certainly not enough for all shortcomings. For my daughter and for us a total letdown, this 'training'.
