β β β β β Terrible service, only interested in trapping you into a subscription and will make it as hard as possible for you to get out. Also, don't trust their support schemes during pandemic as they did not bother returning the 50% of the agreed scheme.

β β β β β I'm not sure the constant payment issues are worth being a member here. Seems like they do not know how to handle membership payments correctly. I must have about 25 back and forth emails for the same issue happening 3 times over. my previous gyms i have never had to contact a single time. disappointing

β β β β β Knowledgable and friendly staff. I feel very welcome and the personal attention is teaching me a lot about how to train and what lifestyle choices I can make to reach my goal. What the monthly rate gets me is a lot of value for money. Great facilities, free yoga and boxing lessons, 24/7 access and a friendly team of trainers... what more would you want in a gym?

β β β β β Unpleasant experience with the owner/manager. Everything was fine at the registration manager was friendly of course, we explain that we may leave the Netherland in 7 months or so that we wasn't sure, He told us no problem we can stop the membership. When the time came, the behavior changed! The fake smile went away and he was very rude! Him and his co-worker telling me and my wife cant cancel it due to laziness. Very unprofessional! Anyway after providing the house contract in cz he did cancel. I would recommend a change in management.

β β β β β Super excellent gym! Open 24/7, highly convenient for me to come anytime I want. Another advantage is that I can use other AFs in the countries I travel to.
Not too busy so donβt have to bump into others, which is very important if you want to concentrate on working out. Also very clean and tidy because of that.
The staff here are friendly too! Especially Joshua and Kenan ;)
