N	Niet Nodig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leden moeten zelf ontdekken op de website van Anytime dat er compensatie wordt geboden voor corona. Leden die niet op de website kijken worden zogeheten Purple Family leden. Leden stilzwijgend tot “Purple Family” leden bestempelen waarbij zij geen compensatie krijgen voor de corona-sluiting is ronduit schandalig. Een lesje klantenservice zou jullie niet misstaan. Informeer je leden gewoon normaal per mail/brief. En doe niet zo mysterieus over abonnementsprijzen. Members should find out for themselves on Anytime's website that compensation is offered for corona. Members who do not view the website are called Purple Family members. To tacitly label members as “Purple Family” members without receiving compensation for the corona shutdown is downright scandalous. A lesson in customer service wouldn't be out of place for you. Just inform your members normally by mail / letter. And don't be so mysterious about subscription prices.

Blijven geld van je rekening afschrijven via een Engels incassobureau ondanks een bevestigde opzegging. Anytime Fitness in het algemeen heeft ook een egocentrische instelling. Kennen leden automatisch de meest ongunstigste compensatieregeling voor corona toe. Alsof zij de enige zijn die onder de coronacrisis lijden; denken totaal niet aan hun leden. Daarnaast heeft deze vestiging een onbeleefde en arrogante manager. Taking out a subscription is quick and easy. Canceling a subscription is dramatic. Administration at this branch is a mess. Slow to respond to emails. Continue to debit your account through a UK debt collection agency despite a confirmed cancellation. Anytime Fitness in general also has a self-centered attitude. Automatically assign members the worst case compensation scheme for corona. As if they were the only ones suffering from the corona crisis; don't think about their members at all. In addition, this establishment has a rude and arrogant manager.

Je krijgt 1x per 3 maanden een meting, 1x per 6-8 weken een nieuw schema, basis voedingsadvies en geven ook vaak tips waar ik iets aan heb. Nice friendly club where you at least really want to help them to achieve results. You get a measurement 1x every 3 months, 1x every 6-8 weeks a new schedule, basic nutritional advice and often give tips that I can use.

Vooral de outdoor groepstrainingen zijn mijn favoriet door steeds de wisselende aanpak van energieke trainers! Super nice sports club in Leidsche Rijn Center. Nice atmosphere, always neat and you get good guidance. Especially the outdoor group training sessions are my favorite because of the constantly changing approach of energetic trainers!

Mooie kleedkamers en prive-douche's. Nice clean gym, lots of choice of equipment, everything is new plus a nice atmosphere. beyond that, the 24/7 concept is very nice. never crowded and always place to exercise. Nice changing rooms and private showers.

Intake was ook niet professioneel. Voelde alsof we snel door een vragenlijst gingen/moesten. Geen begeleiding. Kosten te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Small gym, no lockers, no changing room (two cubicles, that's it). Staff not service minded. No greeting upon entry. Intake was also not professional. Felt like we had to go through a questionnaire quickly. No guidance. Cost too high for what you get.
C	Carola Hendriks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne gym. De 24/7 mogelijkheid bied mij rust, geen gehaast of ik het wel haal en niet meer wachten tot het open gaat. Een schone en nette club, apparaten werken allemaal. Personeel is erg behulpzaam, als je vragen/opmerkingen hebt kan je ze kwijt en als er niet meteen antwoord is komen ze er netjes op terug. Nice gym. The 24/7 option offers me peace of mind, no rushing whether I will make it and no more waiting for it to open. A clean and tidy club, appliances all work. Staff is very helpful, if you have any questions/comments you can put them away and if there is no immediate answer they will get back to you.
