No appointment needed for the same day, though I did make one and contacted them to verify.
Serviced by Douglas, who was kind enough to guide me through his assessment and pointed out where and why he came to his (different) conclusion with regards to the earlier APK check.
Excellent service, friendly staff and a fair price - worth 5 stars!
