Omdat ik bij de goedkope namaak medicijnen veel bijwerkingen heb moet ik de originele gebruiken. Er werd letterlijk tegen mij gezegd dat er eerst overlegd moest worden of ze mij wel als klant wilde hebben, want op originele medicatie verdienen ze niet zo veel... Een maand na mijn eerste bestelling heb ik mijn herhaal recept ingeleverd. De vorige keer werd mij verteld dat mijn medicatie besteld moest worden en dat dit altijd minimaal 3 dagen duurt. Op dinsdag het recept ingeleverd en volgens de medewerker kon de medicatie op vrijdag opgehaald worden. Vandaag, vrijdag, wilde ik aan het einde van de middag mijn medicijnen ophalen. Maar dat was ineens niet mogelijk. Omdat het hier om ADHD medicatie gaat mag het recept niet eerder dan 2 dagen voor het einde van het laatste herhaalrecept gebracht worden. Dat zou dus beteken dat met de levertijd van minimaal 3 dagen zo een aantal dagen zonder medicatie zou zitten. Bij mijn vorige apotheek in Losser waren dit soort problemen er nooit. Voor mijn gevoel gaat het bij deze apotheek alleen maar om de winst en niet om de gezondheid van de klant. Er wordt slecht gecommuniceerd en je wordt behandeld als een nummer. Daarom gaan wij nu opzoek naar een andere apotheek. Ik raad deze apotheek daarom ook NIET aan! Registered at this pharmacy a month ago. I was literally told that they first had to discuss whether they wanted me as a client, because they don't earn so much on original medication ... A month after my first order, I submitted my repeat recipe. Last time I was told that my medication had to be ordered and that this always takes at least 3 days. The prescription was handed in on Tuesday and according to the employee the medication could be collected on Friday. Today, Friday, I wanted to collect my medication at the end of the afternoon. But suddenly that was not possible. Because this is ADHD medication, the prescription may not be brought earlier than 2 days before the end of the last repeat prescription. That would mean that with the delivery time of at least 3 days, a number of days would be without medication. At my previous pharmacy in Losser, these kinds of problems were never there. In my opinion, this pharmacy is only about profit and not about the health of the customer. There is poor communication and you are treated like a number. That is why we are now looking for another pharmacy. I therefore do NOT recommend this pharmacy!
M	Mario Tagged on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ belachelijk lange wachttijden terwijl er een massa aan personeel rondloopt. voorbeeld, je bent de enige klant binnen en moet alsnog 20/30 minuten wachten... zelfs wanneer huisarts s'ochtends vroeg een recept doorstuurd dan ligt het om 16:00 nog niet klaar. apotheek helmerhoek is niet erg ver weg en daar loopt het veel sneller, proffesioneler en vriendelijker. ridiculously long waiting times while a multitude of staff are walking around. example, you are the only customer and still have to wait 20/30 minutes ... even if the doctor sends a prescription early in the morning, it is not ready at 4:00 pm. Helmerhoek pharmacy is not very far away and there it runs much faster, more professional and friendlier.
