WE ZIJN OVERGESTAPT NAAR EEN ANDERE IN NW.AMSTERDAM DAT IS PAS KLASSE Since there is changing of the guard at pharmacy Erica it is really a mess and very interested people do NOT hear SO !!! Always takes an awful long time before you are helped. They never know about anything and they have never heard of helpfulness/customer friendliness.
J	Johan vd Sluis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste Apotheek van Emmen. Geven andere soort medicijnen mee soms, zonder wat te zeggen. Of niet de juiste hoeveelheid, dan er voorgeschreven is. En ook al bestel je voor 12.00u, dan nog moet je 2 dagen wachten, en alsnog kan het nog zo zijn dat er geen voorraad genoeg is. Zelfs fatsoenlijk en beleefd cliënten te woord staan, is moeilijk voor hun. Ik ben overgestapt naar Apotheek in Nieuw Amsterdam, waar tenminste service is. Worst Pharmacy in Emmen. Give other types of medication sometimes, without saying anything. Or not the right amount than prescribed. And even if you order before noon, you still have to wait 2 days, and yet it may still be that there is not enough stock. Even addressing decent and polite clients is difficult for them. I switched to Pharmacy in Nieuw Amsterdam, where at least there is service.

Kan niet geruild worden, dus krijgt de apotheek beide vergoed van zorgverzekering. Makkelijk geld verdienen zo. Dan krijg je als klant ook nog een zeer onbeschofte reactie over de reden waarom ze zo handelen, zij zijn tenslotte de apotheker en bij de zorgverzekeringen werken studentjes die nergens vanaf weten. Vriendelijke dienstverlening en meedenken is vrijwel onmogelijk. Jammer dit, maar ga over naar een apotheek met fatsoen. Very unpleasant pharmacy, deliver medication of another brand without consultation or notification. Cannot be exchanged, so the pharmacy will get both reimbursed by health insurance. Easy to make money like that. Then as a customer you also get a very rude reaction about the reason why they act like this, after all, they are the pharmacist and students who do not know about anything work at the health insurance. Friendly service and thinking along is virtually impossible. Too bad, but go to a pharmacy with decency.
I	Ingrid ten Hoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dat er veel gaande is in de zorg is duidelijk. Dat de medewerkers van een apotheek soms ook met het handen in het haar zitten is begrijpelijk. In veel gevallen zijn ze ook gebonden aan regelgeving. Maar! Je kunt mensen altijd fatsoenlijk te woord staan. Er werken hier een aantal mensen die dit absoluut niet kunnen. Die gelijk van het slechte in de ander uit gaan en daardoor zich erg defensief en onaardig opstellen. Ik ben nog nooit zo onvriendelijk te woord gestaan als hier, meedere malen. It is clear that a lot is going on in healthcare. It is understandable that the employees of a pharmacy sometimes also have their hands in their hair. In many cases, they are also bound by regulations. But! You can always speak to people decently. There are a number of people working here who absolutely cannot do this. Who immediately assume the bad in the other and therefore act very defensive and unkind. I have never been treated so unfriendly as here, several times.
