S	Saskia Kunz Van Beckhoven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je moet ellendig lang wachten ook al staan er twee wachtende voor u dat duurt ongeveer 45 min terwijl er zeker 8 man personeel loopt Stel zo lang mogelijk uit omdat die apotheek je dag flink kan ruïneren Ook is niet iedereen even vriendelijk you have to wait an awful long time even though there are two waiting in front of you that takes about 45 min while there are at least 8 employees Postpone as long as possible because that pharmacy can ruin your day Not everyone is equally friendly
S	Silvia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officieel zijn we niet bij deze apotheek maar toen de Maelson een belangrijk epilepsiemedicijn niet kon leveren ivm problemen met Pluripharm konden we meteen hier terecht en kregen wij hun voorraad . Top service ! We are not officially at this pharmacy, but when the Maelson was unable to supply an important epilepsy medication due to problems with Pluripharm, we could immediately go here and we received their stock. Top service!
D	Drahsin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belachelijke manier van handelen, niks is op voorraad, bieden geen alternatief aan, gaan niet goed om met privacy en geen berichten wanneer een recept binnen is. Kortom niet tevreden met deze apotheek. Ridiculous way of dealing, nothing is in stock, offer no alternative, do not handle privacy well and no messages when a recipe is in. In short, not satisfied with this pharmacy.

Totally not thinking along when there is a problem .......... Mvr throws the phone on it, sja 17.00 they still have to work away from the long line so now in a hurry.
R	Romy Koopman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blijkbaar vinden ze hun werkzaamheden achter de schermen belangrijker dan klanten in de winkel. Fijn dat ze hun werk daar erg secuur uitvoeren, want er lijkt vanaf de winkelzijde geen vaart in te zitten. Ook een gedag of aangeven dat het even gaat duren voordat ze bij je komen, zit er niet in. Veelal lijkt het alsof ze mijn vragen irritant vinden. Vreemd, lijkt me toch belangrijk om iemand correct te informeren. Apparently they find their work behind the scenes more important than customers in the store. It's nice that they carry out their work there very carefully, because there seems to be no momentum from the shop side. It is also not possible to say goodbye or indicate that it will take a while before they come to you. Often it seems as if they find my questions irritating. Strange, I think it's important to inform someone correctly.

Very long delivery times (days to weeks) due to employee errors. No updates on delivery time changes. No locker-service to pickup medicine. Avoid if possible.
M	Machi mor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfully long waiting times. Hardly any medicines on stock. Always problems receiving my prescriptions. They never seem to have received it. Then all of the sudden they have. Then they have to order the prescribed medicines because the never have stock. For every prescription I need to visit them 3 times. One to ask them if the have received the prescription and since they usually haven't, make sure they find it. Two to order the prescribed medicines. Three to pick the medicines up. Also they don't answer the phone, they are not willing to call your GP if they are not sure about something regarding your prescription and they don't message you when your medicines are ready to pick up. Employees are always unhelpful and hesitant to offer solutions and speed up processs. Furthermore, they are closed in the weekends and only open weekdays during office hours making it impossible if you are a working person. All in all a very bad pharmacy, unfortunately monopoly in the neighborhood of Grote Waal in Hoorn.
