★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg onvriendelijk geven meestal de goedkoopste medicijn ook al heb je een ander merk en uitlegt dat je je eigen medicijnen wil krijg je het niet of gewoon betalen terwijl je nooit hoeft te betalen en dan zeggen dat het aan de verzekeraar ligt als je die belt blijkt dat niet zo te zijn maar zij willen je gewoon hun eigen merk geven dus vriendelijkheid is ook ver te zoeken
 Very unfriendly usually give the cheapest medicine even if you have a different brand and explain that you want your own medicine you do not get it or just pay while you never have to pay and then say that it is up to the insurer if you call it. not to be like that but they just want to give you their own brand so kindness is hard to find
