★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange rijen met wachtende patiënten. Personeel doet geen zichtbare moeite die weg te werken. Bij deze apotheek is het altijd wachten, wachten..
En dan dat bordje over telefoongebruik.. grrr
Long lines of waiting patients. Personnel make no visible effort to eliminate them. At this pharmacy it is always waiting, waiting ..
And then that sign about phone use .. grrr

En klantvriendelijkheid is nogal verschillend.
De meeste meiden zijn top helpen je goed en zorgvuldig .
Helaas geldt dat niet voor iedereen.
Herhaalrecepten aan de telefoon is allemaal prima.
Maar kom het niet aan de balie vragen .
Sometimes long waiting times.
And customer friendliness is quite different.
Most girls are top help you well and carefully.
Unfortunately, that does not apply to everyone.
Repeat recipes on the phone is all fine.
But don't ask the counter.
