★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krijg het bericht dat mijn medicijnen af te halen zijn in de kast buiten het pand, doet dat ding het niet! Dus voor niks gekomen..!! Telefonisch zijn ze heel slecht te bereiken en hele lange wachttijden, 15 minuten in de wacht staan is te lang!! Vervolgens wordt er gezegd: “u wordt terug gebeld“, maar ook dat gebeurt niet. Voorlichting wordt ook niet goed gegeven bij recepten en medicijnen. Kortom: prutswerk! Algehele indruk: Onvoldoende!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 5 maanden Jassies ben ik er helemaal klaar mee! Zeer slecht voor mijn hartfalen en nieuwe kunststof klep rechts.
Bestaan er trouwens ook negatieve sterren?
Direct stoppen voor het te laat is. Eens maar nooit meer, wat een drama. Ik wil niet nog zieker worden dan ik al ben! Take care! Foto's 1 ster. Rest 0.
After 5 months of Jassies I am completely done with it! Very bad for my heart failure and new plastic valve on the right.

Helpful and friendly staff and take the time to explain the recipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet klantgericht, werknemers kletsen wat af over laag prio werk en niet werk gerelateerde onderwerpen. Nemen daar ruim de tijd voor en laat de klanten voor meerdere minuten wachten.
In totaal 18 minuten werk voor 4 klanten aan de balie maar de contacttijd voor die 4 klanten was 4 tot 6 minuten. De rest van de 12 minuten ging op aan hun overlegjes.
Een erg vervelende indruk en creëert onnodige irritatie.
Not customer-oriented, employees chat about low priority work and non-work related topics. Take plenty of time for this and let the customers wait for several minutes.
In total 18 minutes of work for 4 customers at the counter, but the contact time for those 4 customers was 4 to 6 minutes. The rest of the 12 minutes was spent on their meetings.
A very annoying impression and creates unnecessary irritation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben na twee maanden helemaal klaar met deze apotheek. Er wordt enorm slecht gecommuniceerd en je weet nooit waar je aan toe bent. Ben er denk ik in de afgelopen twee maanden al 20 keer geweest voor 3 recepten... Het blijft gewoon fout gaan. Zou deze apotheek aan niemand aanraden.
After two months I am completely done with this pharmacy. There is very bad communication and you never know where you stand. I think I've been there 20 times in the last two months for 3 recipes... It just keeps going wrong. Would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze hebben totaal niet meegedacht met de problematiek mbt de medicatie. Ons verzoek was om de medicatie in vloeibare variant te krijgen in plaats van tabletvorm. Dit was volgens hen niet mogelijk (2x navraag gedaan). Bij navraag bij een andere apotheek: De Oostburg bleek een vloeibare variant geen enkel probleem te zijn. Hierdoor dus totaal geen vertrouwen meer in apotheek Jassies en de overstap gemaakt naar Apotheek De Oostburg. Aldaar wordt met je meegedacht in mogelijkheden voor medicatie.
They have not thought along at all with the problems related to the medication. Our request was to get the medication in liquid form instead of tablet form. According to them, this was not possible (inquired twice). When inquiring at another pharmacy: De Oostburg turned out to be a liquid variant no problem at all. As a result, I no longer trust pharmacy Jassies and made the switch to Pharmacy De Oostburg. There, we think along with you about options for medication.
