★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruzie maken met een klant en een vreselijke grote mond geven is in mijn ogen geen service. Eerder tijdens het mondkapjesadvies, werd ik al met woorden aangevallen omdat ik geenmondkapje droeg. (val onder de uitzonderingregel zie rijksoverheid.nl) Nu ging mijn man medicijnen halen, hij heeft een kaartje op zak, valt onder dezelfde uitzonderingsregel. Gaat een vrouw (kan onze dochter zijn) je en jou tegen hem zeggen en wil niet eens het kaartje bekijken. Hij moet van haar beslist het mondkapje dragen anders krijgt hij de medicijnen de volgende keer niet mee.
Arguing with a customer and giving a terrible big mouth is not a service in my opinion. Earlier during the mouth masks advice, I was already attacked with words for not wearing a mouth mask. (falls under the exception rule, see rijksoverheid.nl) Now my husband went to get medicines, he has a ticket in his pocket, falls under the same exception rule. Is a woman (could be our daughter) going to say you and you to him and doesn't even want to look at the ticket. He must definitely wear the mouth mask, otherwise he will not receive the medication next time.
