Extremely busy on Friday, otherwise excellent handling. Medication can only be kept for a short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het personeel is erg nors, niet behulpzaam en als het moeilijk wordt, schuilen ze achter regels die niet bestaan. Ze sturen je naar de verzekering, maar deze zegt dat het regels van de apotheek zijn. Vaak zijn er lange wachttijden en terwijl je wacht kan je alle gesprekken van alle andere klanten woord voor woord horen. Ik ben in middels overgestapt.
The staff is very surly, not helpful and when it gets difficult, they hide behind rules that don't exist. They send you to the insurance company, but it says they are the pharmacy's rules. Often there are long waiting times and while you wait you can hear all conversations from all other customers word for word. I switched through.
