Klant staat confuus achter de balie terwijl medewerksters druk overleggen over haar pillen, buiten gehoor. De ster is voor goed luisteren naar huisarts
Letter traffic is not geared to own e-mail traffic, customer is not informed about problem, GP must ask to solve the problem. The customer is standing confused behind the counter while employees are busy discussing her pills, beyond hearing. The star is for good listening to your doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het ziet er allemaal heel netjes uit, maar mondeju zeg, je krijgt er geen service voor terug. En die robot zeg, kost alleen maar eigen risico geld en werkt nooit. Een grap.
It all looks very neat, but mondeju say, you don't get any service in return. And that robot, say, only costs money deductible and never works. A joke.
