Diverse keren gevraagd dit telefoonnummer te verwijderen, maar de administratie lijkt niet te lukken. Not available by phone. Als je toevallig niet thuis bent moet je of 2,50 betalen voor heraflevering of je moet ze ophalen bij de apotheek.Bij de vorige eigenaar van de apotheek werd de klant vantevoren ingelicht omtrent de dag van aflevering van de medicijnen. The previous owner of the pharmacy informed the customer in advance about the day of delivery of the medicines.

Medicatie in automaat is vaak een deel moet je de rest binnen halen.om ze te bellen moet je een dag vrij nemen duurt zomaar 30 minuten voor er eindelijk iemand beschikbaar is.bedienig is vaak super langzaam!Denk goed na als u zich bij deze apotheek aanmeld.Ik heb inmiddels een andere apotheek en kan u vertellen dat de service van de nieuwe apotheek prima is alles wat ik bij de Sterrenburg apotheek een probleem vond is bij deze apotheek een geschenk uit de hemel!EEN HEMELSBREED VERSCHIL DUS. Ik had sms of mail moeten krijgen voor recept Er waren wat problemen Mijn medicatie zat i d automaat De apothekers assistente heeft het er uitgehaald Als er problemen zijn kan dat voor komen Maar communicatie is dan cruciaal Heb geen sms en mail gehad volgens het "systeem" had het drie kwartier eerder verzonden moeten zijn In Corana tijd is niet alles scherp en duidelijk Dit probleem is niet Corana gerelateerd maar kan bij max 4 personen in de apotheek behoorlijk verstoren. Hoop dat er iets aangedaan wordt A nice pharmacy. Ik begrijp dat het druk is maar dit is absoluut niet klantvriendelijk This has to get off my mind. Called today for prescription information; I was the 5th one waiting. Still on hold for almost 25 minutes! I understand it's busy but this is definitely not customer friendly

Moreover she asked me to just go to Kruidvat! The fact's she just talked earlier with the assistant of my son's doctor. And I was there listening to their conversation. The assistant actually sent it 3 times but never got through to this apotheek system. Today wasn't my first time having this problem. It's so annoying the way she told to just go to Kruidvat!
