β β β β β Gaat hier altijd wat mis ! Al 3 keer is er gezegd dat er geen recept is binnen gekomen terwijl deze er wel was na opnieuw gebeld te hebben ! Klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Helaas ook altijd lang wachten ! Nu overgestapt naar nieuwe apotheek

β β β β β Zeer slechte apotheek waar de klantvriendelijkheid niet voorop staat.
Bij telefonisch contact is βalles teveelβ, bij aangeven dat je ivm verkoudheid liever niet binnen wilt wachten en of ze daarom de recepten klaar willen zetten is dit niet mogelijk omdat mnr achter de computer zit. Eerdere bezoeken lieten zien dat medicatie veelal zeer gebruikelijke en veel voorkomende medicatie niet op voorraad is en mensen moeten dus terugkomen.
AB voor kinderen wat klaar gemaakt moet worden moet je ook de dag erna voor terug komen. Hierin lijkt de noodzaak ervan niet geheel duidelijk voor de medewerkers. Daarbij is het niet iets wat niet makkelijk klaar gemaakt kan worden. Kortom zeer zeker geen aanrader. Er zijn betere

With telephone contact βeverything is too muchβ, when you indicate that you prefer not to wait inside because of a cold and whether they therefore want to prepare the recipes, this is not possible because mnr is behind the computer. Previous visits showed that medication is often very common and common medication is out of stock and people have to come back.
AB for children that has to be prepared you also have to come back the day after. The necessity of this does not seem entirely clear to the employees. In addition, it is not something that cannot be prepared easily. In short, certainly not recommended. There are better ones

β β β β β Vijf keer geweest, 0 keer gekregen wat was verwacht en voorgeschreven en 0 keer een oplossing daarvoor geboden. En als klap op de vuurpijl ook nog onvriendelijk behandeld toen ik mijn verbazing daarover uitte. Als het aan mij ligt doet u er verstandig aan een andere apotheek te zoeken.
Been five times, received 0 times what was expected and prescribed and 0 times offered a solution. And to top it all off, I was treated unfriendly when I expressed my surprise about it. If it is up to me, you would be wise to look for another pharmacy.

β β β β β Waardeloos hoe goed men vroeger was hoe slechter men nu is. Nooit niets op voorraad, de automaat werkt ruk, recepten worden niet gelezen en men doet aannames, hierdoor moet je 3 keer terug voor 1 lullig voorgeschreven recept. Telefonisch slecht te bereiken en meestal erg onvriendelijk en is alles te veel, voorheen kreeg je recept van de arts, men ging naar apotheek en ging je weg met medicatie. Maar nu is het wachten en moet alles besteld worden, en dan maar lekker de verantwoordelijkheid afschuiven richting de overheid.

Worthless how good one used to be the worse one is now. Never nothing in stock, the machine works hard, recipes are not read and assumptions are made, so you have to go back 3 times for 1 stupid prescribed recipe. Hard to reach by phone and usually very unfriendly and everything is too much, before you got a prescription from the doctor, people went to the pharmacy and you left with medication. But now we have to wait and everything has to be ordered, and then just hand off the responsibility to the government.

β β β β β This pharmacy is in a very nice building complex that also houses doctorβs offices. The pharmacy offers services to have certain medications delivered. There is a service for weekend pick up where your medication is put into a locker and you pick it up at your convenience. You can request to get notice when your medication is ready by text and have any regular prescriptions refilled automatically with a text notice for pick up every three months. There are over the counter medicines for flu, cold etc as well as bandaids and first aid items. The pharmacy is closed weekends and evenings.
My main concern about this pharmacy is the lack of professionalism among the staff. Firstly, they do not respect privacy. They say your date of birth aloud and also repeat the name of your medication aloud. All of this can be over heard by other customers. They regularly violate privacy. The second concern is the unprofessional attitude of one middle aged male staff member who has been rude and talks loudly when he disagrees with a customer. This behavior compromises the level of service from the pharmacy.
English is spoken by most though there is one lady that cannot or does not want to engage in English.

β β β β β Unfortunately 9/10 times they change the prescribed medication. Often at times leading to getting different medicine or none at all. When asking and notifying them about this, they say the fault lies with the third party who sents a 'wrong list', which seems rather unlikely as it has happened with three different parties prescribing the medication and when diving into it the list send wasnβt wrong.
On top of that they don't allow higher amounts of medication even though the doctors prescribing the medication gave their consent.
The vault to pick up medication out of office hours is nice, but I strongly recommend another pharmacy.
