Located in a beautiful spot in the dunes and against the Koog. It is a bit dated on the outside but very clean on the inside. With good rooms.

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum, wird wahrschleich kaum eine bessere auf dieser Insel geben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Haus sehr gepflegt. In 5 Gehminuten ist man am Meer sowie in der Stadt. Come annually with friends and family. From check-in to departure, everything is always uncomplicated. The view is a dream, there will probably hardly be a better one on this island. The rooms are clean and the house is very well maintained. In 5 minutes you are at the sea and in the city.

De ingang van het complex ligt aan een vrij grote parkeerplaats waarover veel appartementen uitkijken, met in de achtergrond het dorp. De parkeerplaats op zich is een wonder van Texelse onbezorgdheid. De nummering van de verplichte parkeervakken is volkomen willekeurig zodat het bij aankomst niet vreemd is een paar rondjes te rijden om je plekje te vinden. Nabij de ingang zijn binnen enkele bagagekarren te vinden. Vraag ernaar, u wordt er niet altijd op gewezen. Ze zijn onontbeerlijk voor uw inhuizing. Het complex ligt op enkele minuten lopen van zowel het strand als het dorp. De Koog is natuurlijk dé badplaats van Texel. Bij gevolg vindt u hier veel eet en drinkgelegenheden en fijne winkels om te shoppen. Zeker in de zomer is dit complex gelegen in het hart van het toeristische leven van Texel met alle voorzieningen en strand op loopafstand. The apartment we visited is excellent. Good bed, good facilities, neat and clean. The entrance to the complex is at a fairly large parking lot over which many apartments overlook, with the village in the background. The parking lot itself is a wonder of Texel carefreeness. The numbering of the mandatory parking spaces is completely arbitrary, so it is not strange to drive a few laps to find your spot when you arrive. Near the entrance you can find a few luggage carts. Ask for it, you are not always pointed out. They are indispensable for your relocation. The complex is a few minutes walk from both the beach and the village. De Koog is of course the seaside resort of Texel. As a result, you will find many places to eat and drink and fine shops for shopping. Especially in summer this complex is located in the heart of the tourist life of Texel with all amenities and beach within walking distance.

Nur das zweite Zimmer ist klein und liegt innen, ohne Fenster. Just great this location. Reception was very nice and helpful. Our apartment (no. 48), side view of the sea, very nice. Only the second room is small and is interior with no window.

The location is superb, with both the beach and the shops and restaurants well within a 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment itself was well maintained and very clean. To us it offered everything we might need for a trip and more. It was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. Would definitely visit again.
