★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why am I giving one star? I ordered the food, and we were told it would take 10 min. It was 7 degrees outside, and after waiting 30 min, we went to ask how long we have to wait. We were told that they have a lot of take-away orders, and there is one person in the kitchen. As the person who took our order went to deliver two large bags of food, we waited another few minutes for the person from the kitchen to show up and asked for our money back. We wondered if she even started to prepare our food. She said that she just did, but when would we get it? Who knows. She told us that she is alone in the kitchen. I think it is something to discuss with her boss and not with customers. We were cold and left hungry, and they just did not care. 'Nice' customer service! (sarcasm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disinterested and arrogant staff. It took 20 minutes to get any service at all, and 60 minutes after ordering a simple croissant we gave up to leave. We were told; “sorry but we are busy” although the table occupation was only at about 40%. I would have appreciated a no charge for the cold coffee but we had to pay for that anyways. No apology was offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good cup of coffee and an ice coffee. I can't judge the food, because we didn't order any, but the cake with the coffee was delicious. They have a menu for vegan and meat eaters.
