★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Alison as a coach and a trainer. I’m someone who never went to the gym until my 28th. I was scared of starting and I’m so thankful that I started with Alison. She gave me a lot of confidence, and really tried to understand me as an individual.
I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, my lifestyle has changed drastically and for the good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2015 I enlisted the help of APrimavera personal training due to chronic lower back issues following weight gain after the birth of my daughter(2013). Alison is calm and superthrough, making what for me was quite a drastic lifestyle, fitness and diet challenge easy and fun. Her instructions and advice are clear and simple and I saw results quickly. She was just the boost I needed to jump start my healthier new life... And now in 2017, after turning 40, I'm back training with her again for another boost, as my own fitness regime was getting boring and due to a stressfull year in 2016 I had gain weight again. After a month of even loosely following her meal plan I've noticeably lost weight and cm off my waist line and other areas... I feel and look better and I'm stronger. She custom tailors the workout programs with the use of apps and meal plans to match my particular body goals. I can highly recommend Alison as a personal trainer and she is also a lovely person to spend time with. Part of why her methods work is because of her friendly, comfortable but firm approach. Thank you Alison.

She's also a fantastic PT, but since others have praised her for that here, I want to stress what a pleasure it is to spend a 1.5 hour session in Alison's hands. Perhaps because she's so familiar with the human body and how things are connected to each other, she always just 'gets it', nails all parts that are tense or stiff. Every time I come out I'm utterly exhausted yet I feel a new, much better person. Thanks Alison!

She gives personalized tips on how to keep fit, even with a busy schedule.
