★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Не адекватные, менеджера на загрузке, особенно, бородатый турок. Возомнили, себя, директорами. Начинаю, орать прям с прохода. А если вы приезжали, первый раз на загрузку так это вообще, сплошные, нервы. Сегодня, старший, менеджер который в возрасте, ещё начал дергать за руки, валать на все базу. До тех пор пока не намекнул, что буду у них проблемы если ещё раз, повторится! В общем, руководство на складе, просто ......!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero komunikacji między działami, walczą między sobą kto zrobi więcej ton. Ludzi traktują jak numery (podobnie jak.....) Apt mówi a robi inaczej. Od dawna mają problemy z ludźmi i nie zmienia się to. Mają jeszcze większe problemy. HR -katastrofa (jeden człowiek który nie powiennien tam pracować bo nie wie jak postępować z ludźmi).
Bez zmian na wyższych szczeblach Apt będzie cały czas szło w dół.
Pozdrawiam i życzę Wam lepszej komunikacji i zrozumienia ludzkich błędów.
Zero communication between departments, they fight with each other who will do more tons. They treat people as numbers (similar to .....) Apt says and does different. They have had problems with people for a long time, and that doesn't change. They have even bigger problems. HR -a disaster (one man who shouldn't work there because he doesn't know how to deal with people).
Unchanged at higher echelons, Apt will continue to go downhill.
