★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas na 9 dagen krijg ik het bericht dat ze verheugd zijn dat het verzonden kan worden. Zonder enig ander tussentijds bericht. Op de website staat mits op voorraad morgen geleverd. Absurd dat er niet even een seintje af kan met; "dit kan wel even duren want we hebben het niet op voorraad"...

Absurd that it is not possible to give a signal with; "this may take a while because we don't have it in stock" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eerst zeggen dat je gratis verzendt, en dan vervolgens te laat bezorgen en daarna ineens niet gratis verzenden, daarna snel de website aanpassen dat sommige goederen niet gratis verzonden worden. Dat moet je vervolgens de retourkosten zelf betalen, en eisen ze dat je het retour stuurt op hun manier, wat wettelijk niet mag als je moet betalen.
Waardeloos bedrijf.
First say that you ship for free, and then delivery too late and then suddenly not ship for free, then quickly adjust the website that some goods are not shipped for free. You then have to pay the return costs yourself, and they demand that you return it in their way, which is not legally allowed if you have to pay.
