Hun testen geven anders aan dan bij je zelf! Gaan ze Zegen dat je teveel ammoniak in je bak hebt. Gaan ze overal de schuld aan geven. Behalve aan hunzelf.
1e keer was de vis al ziek in de winkel! Hadden ze toen ook gezegt toen ik terug kwam.
2e keer precies het zelfde
3e keer is het mijn ammoniak volgens hun terwijl me bak al 3 jaar goed draaid!
3x achter elkaar dode vissen binnen 1 dag!

Their tests indicate different than your own! Are they going to say you have too much ammonia in your tank? They're going to blame everything. Except to themselves.
1st time the fish was already sick in the store! Did they also say when I came back.
2nd time exactly the same
3rd time it is my ammonia according to them while my tank has been running well for 3 years!
3x dead fish in a row in 1 day!

β β β β β Met 4 geef ik vooral sterren omdat ik zo'n fijne begintijd heb meegemaakt.
De kennis kunde en het aanbod qua vissen zijn allemaal op orde en in sommige gevallen zelfs exceptioneel. Maar ik kom er inmiddels niet meer omdat de prijzen maar blijven stijgen. Het is niet meer de trip waard van buiten Zwijndrecht. Iets wat het vroeger meer dan zeker was. Mocht ik er toevallig langsrijden, zou ik er zeker weer binnenstappen en mocht ik iets zoeken en zij zouden het aanbieden zou ik er niet over na hoeven denken om het aan te schaffen. Maar het is helaas niet meer de prijsstunter van uit de begintijd, waarvoor je best een blokje voor om zou rijden.
With 4 I give stars mainly because I had such a nice early time.
The knowledge and the range of fish on offer are all in order and in some cases even exceptional. But I don't go there anymore because the prices keep going up. It is no longer worth the trip from outside Zwijndrecht. Something it used to be more than certain. If I happened to drive past it, I would definitely pop in again and if I was looking for something and they offered it, I wouldn't have to think twice about buying it. But unfortunately it is no longer the price stunt from the early days, for which you would rather drive around the block.

β β β β β Hele fijne zaak! Ze namen alle tijd voor ons. Mijn broer die autistisch is werd helemaal serieus genomen en ze namen alle tijd om uitleg te geven over wat wel en niet bij elkaar kan. Ook extra service door bakjes mee tegeven zodat hij het voer beter kan doseren, daarbij goed voorgedaan hoeveel voer er in moet. Echt super geweldig zoals wij geholpen zijn! De keuze is ook reuze. Al met al een fijne zaak!
Very nice thing! They took all the time for us. My brother who is autistic was taken very seriously and they took all the time to explain what can and cannot be done together. Also extra service by giving trays so that he can dose the food better, while showing how much food needs to be put in it. Really great the way we were helped! The choice is also huge. All in all, a good thing!

β β β β β Just receivied my second order of shrimp and:
1. Delivery is very fast - next day
2. Packaging - well packed, well isolated, and heat pack provided when needed. (I received the package with one, when days were colder - well thought!)
3. Shrimp - well priced
4. Shrimp - Colors are very good, and they arrived alive but one on the first order, but one on the first bigger order (20) but it wasn't a problem for me, so I didn't report it.
5. Live guarantee - they will compensate if something happens in transport - again for me it wasn't relevant.
6. Shrimps arrive young, so don't think they will be HUGE, but they are mature.
I really like the service and product. Communication is also very good - you receive emails as your order is processed.
One thing to improve:
- Website - it would be great to browse it in easier way, and have it more .. modern ;)
