★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pure authenticity, am sceptical, however was so pleasantly surprised, not every day you have one of the top chefs of the region cooking for you! What a talent! What a genius with flavours and combinations! Will go as far to say Michelin star direction, houmous so tasty, not just bland, labne wonderfully flavoured, kibe done great, best chicken I have tasted in a long while. What a culinary experience!
