Telefonische medewerking is vergezocht, er word niet geluisterd naar vragen opmerkingen die gesteld worden.
op kantoor mogen ze bij zeer beperkt gegevens, terwijl het zeer normae vragen zijn, personen die er wel bij mogen zijn slecht bereikbaar.
de communicatie is zeer moeizaam en werkt niet erg mee voor iemand die in een burn-out zit.
