★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ervaringen met Rolf Moors als bouwkundig ingenieur en architect zijn uitstekend te noemen.
Nadat mijn weekendhuis in Sterksel in september 2010 was verbrand heeft Rolf het gehele proces vanaf gegevens verzamelen voor de verzekering tot en met het ontwerp, de onderhandelingen met de gemeente en de bouw van het nieuwe huis begeleidt. Rolf was precies in zijn communicatie, alles was altijd op de afgesproken tijd klaar. Hij luisterde goed naar mijn wensen. Bij alle stappen werd ik volledig betrokken. Binnen het nogal beperkte budget voor het nieuwe huis heeft Rolf een erg mooi duurzaam nieuw huis ontworpen. Het huis past prima in de bosrijke omgeving, is duurzaam gebouwd, heeft mooie grote openslaande deuren die een fantastisch uitzicht bieden op een open veld in het bos en veel licht in het huis brengen. Aan de noordkant is het dak laag oplopend naar de zuidkant tot ongeveer 4,50 meter. Die hoogte geeft het huis veel 'swier'. En niet onbelangrijk de prijs die Rolf vraagt is alleszins redelijk. Eind december 2011 is het opgeleverd en het resultaat is fantastisch. Ik verblijf er met heel veel plezier.
My experiences with Rolf Moors as a structural engineer and architect are excellent.
After my weekend house in Sterksel was burned in September 2010, Rolf supervised the entire process from collecting data for the insurance to design, negotiating with the municipality and building the new house. Rolf was precise in his communication, everything was always ready at the agreed time. He listened carefully to my wishes. I was fully involved in all steps. Within the rather limited budget for the new house, Rolf has designed a very nice sustainable new house. The house fits perfectly in the wooded area, is built sustainably, has beautiful large patio doors that offer fantastic views of an open field in the forest and bring a lot of light into the house. On the north side, the roof is low rising to the south side to approximately 4.50 meters. That height gives the house a lot of 'swier'. And not unimportantly the price that Rolf asks is quite reasonable. It was delivered at the end of December 2011 and the result is fantastic. I stay there with great pleasure.

Rolf Moors possesses the combination of a listening ear and a healthy dose of stubbornness. His expert argumentation and clear explanation of his designs ensure a surprising result. We are very satisfied with his design for the renovation of our house. A design that we could not have come up with ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het was erg prettig om met Rolf samen te werken. In ons geval voor een verbouwing/uitbreiding woonhuis. Rolf luisterde goed naar onze wensen en kwam aan de hand daarvan met een ruim aantal voorstellen. Van daaruit zijn we verder gaan kijken. Dit was een interactief proces wat wij erg op prijs stelden. Zijn idee voor een bloemkozijn was heel creatief en het eind resultaat is heel mooi. Ook de offerte was erg duidelijk en bood flexibiliteit om keuzes te maken waar we Rolf wel en niet voor wilden inschakelen. Bovendien voor een heel redelijk tarief. Tijdens het bouwproces kwam Rolf snel in actie om een en ander bij te sturen.
Samengevat. Een erg positieve ervaring met een top eindresultaat.
It was very pleasant to work with Rolf. In our case for a renovation / extension of a house. Rolf listened carefully to our wishes and came up with a large number of proposals. From there we started looking further. This was an interactive process that we really appreciated. His idea for a flower frame was very creative and the end result is very beautiful. The quotation was also very clear and offered flexibility to make choices for which we wanted to use Rolf. Moreover for a very reasonable rate. During the construction process, Rolf quickly took action to make adjustments.
In summary. A very positive experience with a top end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rolf heeft ons erg prettig geholpen bij een grote verbouwing van ons huis.
Wat we vooral erg prettig vonden, is dat hij enerzijds onze concrete ideeën omtrent de verbouwing uittekende maar anderzijds ook vanuit de achter die ideeën liggende woonwensen met verschillende eigen suggesties kwam voor de invulling.
In enkele iteraties leidde dat tot een goed ontwerp. Vervolgens hielp Rolf ons ook om aan een goede aannemer te komen voor de uitvoering.
Inmiddels wonen we met heel veel plezier weer in ons `nieuwe oude huis'.

Rolf has been very pleasant to help us with a major renovation of our house.
What we particularly liked is that he on the one hand outlined our concrete ideas about the renovation, but on the other hand also came up with various own suggestions for the interpretation based on the ideas underlying those ideas.
In a few iterations this resulted in a good design. Then Rolf also helped us to find a good contractor for the implementation.
We now live with great pleasure in our `new old house '.
