J	Joris Den Ouden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De eerste keer dat ik de moeite ga nemen om review te schrijven omdat ik mij door deze sportschool zeer schofterig behandeld vind. Sinds 2019 had ik hier met mijn gezin een familie-abonnement voor maar liefst €102 per maand. In 2020 werden wij uiteraard overvallen door de pandemie. Arendse kon toen feitelijk niet meer leveren. Geheel 2020 zijn wij netjes blijven betalen. Tot de 2e lockdown zijn intrede deed. Toen ik vervolgens mijn abonnement ging opzeggen werd mij medegedeeld dat ik nog wel een maand moest betalen. Ik en mijn gezin konden geen gebruik maken van de faciliteiten maar moesten nog wel betalen. Mijn gezin zou dan 6 maanden nadien eventueel nog wel een maand kunnen sporten. Daarbij komt ook nog dat bij het beeindigen van het familie-abonnement mijn zoon direct een abonnement af heeft gesloten. Wij zien de dagvaarding met volste vertrouwen tegemoet. Arendse bleek een mail te hebben gestuurd met daarin het bericht dat een abonnement bevroren kon worden. Deze email heeft ons helaas nooit bereikt omdat in mijn email een 0 voor een 6 werd aangezien. Lees ook de andere posts meer abonnees hebben enorme last gehad van het beleid rondom abonnementen van Arendse. The first time I'm going to bother to write a review because I think I've been treated very rudely by this gym. Since 2019 I had a family subscription here with my family for no less than €102 per month. In 2020 we were of course surprised by the pandemic. Arendse could then in fact no longer deliver. We continued to pay properly throughout 2020. Until the 2nd lockdown came into effect. When I then went to cancel my subscription, I was informed that I still had to pay for another month. Me and my family could not use the facilities but still had to pay. My family would then be able to exercise for another month 6 months later. In addition, when the family subscription was terminated, my son immediately took out a subscription. We look forward to the summons with full confidence. Arendse turned out to have sent an email with the message that a subscription could be frozen. Unfortunately, this email never reached us because in my email a 0 was mistaken for a 6. Also read the other posts more subscribers have had a lot of trouble with Arendse's subscription policy.
P	Patrick Brok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne, compacte sportschool, waar je vrijwel altijd je gewenste programma kunt afwerken, zonder te wachten op andere sporters. Fijne sfeer, laagdrempelig contact en prettig personeel. Ze staan snel klaar om je te helpen met je doelen. Sommige apparaten zijn wel gedateerd én er is met regelmaat iets voor langere tijd kapot (lampen, apparaten en boxen). Verder echt dikke prima inclusief breed aanbod aan groepslessen. Nice, compact gym, where you can almost always complete your desired program, without waiting for other athletes. Nice atmosphere, easy contact and pleasant staff. They are quickly ready to help you with your goals. Some appliances are dated and something is regularly broken for a longer period of time (lamps, appliances and boxes). Furthermore, really great including a wide range of group lessons.
C	Chayen Kadir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik sport al jaren bij Arendse, en hoe zeer ze misschien een jaar geleden vijf sterren verdiende, zou ik dat nu niet eerlijk vinden. Ik mis de échte trainers, de vaste gezichten. De trainers die wisten waarvoor je kwam, een praatje maakten en de sportschool een persoonlijke touch gaven. Tegenwoordig zie ik steeds andere gezichten, met een stuk minder enthousiasme. Juist dat persoonlijke stukje, is waarom ik afgelopen jaren hier met veel plezier heb gesport. I've been playing sports at Arendse for years, and how much she deserved five stars maybe a year ago, I wouldn't think that's fair now. I miss the real trainers, the regular faces. The trainers who knew what you came for, had a chat and gave the gym a personal touch. Nowadays I see different faces, with a lot less enthusiasm. It is precisely that personal part that is why I have enjoyed working out here in recent years.

Emailing is not accepted and even when personally go into to cancel they make an admin error and your left paying for months until you notice. Try to get you money back? Good luck! Here's to the 300 plus euros they refuse to credit me.
