Poor Communication, sending invoices from a "noreply" mailaddress, no contact by mail possible, contact form on the website sends no copy of your message to your mail address (and obviously sends your claim to their trashbin), fax number occupied all day, no callback after phonecalls although an employee told me he is taking care of my claim - this is untrustworthy, dubious & shady ...
