★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buitengewoon slordig bij het opmaken van ons testament. Medewerker maakte kleine én grote fouten. Gelukkig pakte haar collega het goed op, zij heeft de fouten zeer professioneel hersteld en was prettig in de communicatie.
Extremely sloppy in drawing up our will. Employee made small and big mistakes. Fortunately her colleague handled it well, she corrected the mistakes very professionally and was pleasant in the communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negatieve ervaring met verkoop van huis. Je krijgt geen of halve informatie. Geen bevestigingen betreffende ontvangst van documenten, incomplete machtiging, geen bevestiging van overdracht die per volmacht plaats vond. Zeker geen aanrader.
Negative experience with home sales. You get no or half information. No confirmations regarding receipt of documents, incomplete authorization, no confirmation of transfer by power of attorney. Definitely not recommended.
