★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kom nu al wat jaartjes voor advies bij Arne. Arne bezit een enorme grote kennis over voeding. Over goede en gezonde voeding in het algemeen voor iedereen. Maar ook de invloed van voeding en hoe je dit kunt inzetten bij allerlei problemen. Ik heb een gezin met 3 kinderen waarvan 1 de diagnose AD(H)D heeft. Door aanpassingen in de voeding, is er geen medicatie nodig. Natuurlijk zijn deze aanpassingen niet van de ene dag op de andere gemaakt, dit kost tijd en inzet. Arne denkt mee met onze persoonlijke situatie en smaak. Ik krijg praktische tips hoe we veranderingen in voeding kunnen doorvoeren bij 3 kinderen. Arne heeft mij bewust gemaakt van de kracht van voeding, ook bij slapeloosheid, overprikkeling. Wanneer er iets speelt in het gezin bij een van ons vraag ik zeker advies bij Arne.
I have been coming to Arne for advice for some years now. Arne has an enormous knowledge about nutrition. About good and healthy food in general for everyone. But also the influence of nutrition and how you can use it for all kinds of problems. I have a family with 3 children, 1 of which is diagnosed with AD (H) D. Due to dietary adjustments, no medication is required. Of course, these adjustments are not made overnight, this takes time and effort. Arne thinks along with our personal situation and taste. I get practical tips on how we can implement changes in nutrition for 3 children. Arne has made me aware of the power of nutrition, also with insomnia and overstimulation. When something happens in the family with one of us, I certainly ask Arne for advice.
