Volgens de eigenaar gingen ze niet iedereen daarover opbellen. Leuk als je denkt je fiets in je vakantie te kunnen gebruiken maar dan zelf steeds moet informeren en beloftes keer op keer niet nagekomen worden. Service, communicatie over het niet kunnen nakomen van afspraken, respect en klanttevredenheid is blijkbaar niet belangrijk bij dit bedrijf. Jammer dat dit zakelijk inzicht ontbreekt. Voor mij zeker geen bezoek meer waard.
 First impression seemed promising and I even advertised this company. Unfortunately, the delivery date and several promises were not feasible and communication about this was not forthcoming. According to the owner, they did not call everyone about it. Nice if you think you can use your bike during your holiday but then you always have to inform yourself and promises are not kept every time. Service, communication about non-compliance, respect and customer satisfaction is apparently not important at this company. It is a pity that this business insight is lacking. Definitely not worth a visit for me.
