I've been on a bus that normally takes 10 more than 55 minutes, can anyone explain this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arriva is oprecht het slechtste vervoersbedrijf die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Ben er helemaal klaar mee dat ze zo verschrikkelijk laat/niet komen en het boeit ze niks..neem een voorbeeld aan htm
Arriva is genuinely the worst transport company I have ever experienced. I am completely finished that they are so terrible late / not come and it does not interest them .. take an example to htm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn mening is zeer negatief, omdat bussen van Alphen aan den Rijn naar Uithoorn en terug rijden volgens de uren van de chauffeurs en niet volgens het tijdschema. Ze moeten bij de bushalte wachten als ze sneller zijn.
My opinion is very negative, because buses from Alphen aan den Rijn to Uithoorn and back drive according to the hours of the drivers and not according to the timetable. They have to wait at the bus stop if they are faster.
