★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had besteld, zou factuur op huisadres krijgen. Nooit gehad, geen enkele mail met een reminder. En vandaag gelijk een mail met dreiging van incasso kosten. Zeer onprofessioneel, stuur eerst nog eens een mail of doe zoals beloofd stuur de rekening naar mijn huisadres!
Had ordered, would receive invoice at home address. Never had, not a single email with a reminder. And today an email with the threat of collection costs. Very unprofessional, first send another email or do as promised send the bill to my home address!
