Artistiek Bureau koopt en verkoopt literatuur in eerste en bijzondere edities, unieke exemplaren en archivalia. Het aanbod is niet alledaags maar toont de krenten in de pap van de veelal Nederlandse literatuur. Nick biedt niet alleen uitzonderlijke edities van een uitstekende kwaliteit aan. In zijn regelmatig ververste aanbod en goed gedocumenteerde catalogi vind je vaak pareltjes waarvan je het bestaan niet wist maar die je direct aan je eigen collectie zou willen toevoegen. Net een half jaar zelfstandig actief en nu al is Artistiek Bureau, dat boeken uit het aanbod naar de Koninklijke Bibliotheek in Den Haag zag gaan, een factor van betekenis. At the beginning of 2019, Nick ter Wal, previously the youngest clerk at the antiquarian bookshop Fokas Holthuis, started his own online antiquarian bookshop Artistic Desk from an attic in Groningen. Artistic Office buys and sells literature in first and special editions, unique copies and archives. The range is not everyday but shows the currants in the porridge of mostly Dutch literature. Nick not only offers exceptional editions of excellent quality. In his regularly updated range and well-documented catalogs you often find gems that you did not know existed but that you would like to add directly to your own collection. Just half a year independently active and already Artistic Office, which saw books from the offer go to the Royal Library in The Hague, is a significant factor.
