Humiliating wages. It is better off avoiding it...

since the first they you just feel like a number. Noone cares about You. I didint know where to go on the first day and i arrived 30 minutes later for work becouse noone knew where my shift begins . The job is super boring, like picking was the most robot work i ever done ( you need to walk between people and they tend to stink ). The supervisors are mostly just there to watch You. The way to the cantine is so long that when you arrive then you are already tired. If You like to be a slave i guarantee you will get it in arvato.

Great place, reasonably good conditions. The working clothes could look happier, despite of working in a warehouse - grey is a sad colour. The xenofobia is not noticed. Thanks.

Corporate warehouse which works with 20y old mentality and technology

It could be a good place to work-easy work, work with SAP, hours, colaboration with an agency, in the first 6 month also nice, helpful people. This is the reason, why I worked there 20 months, despite opinions, which I knew before I started working there. I started work in Arvato because one project has finished earlier and the agency offered us this work. At the beginning I was disapointed, because I heard a lot about this place and I didn't want to work, but I didn't have a choice- I will go to Arvato or I will have to come back home. When I came to Arvato I was suprised- I met nice people, we had hours, work was easy, we used SAP system. Really I liked this job and I saw possibilities to develop. Unfortunately later something has happend what forced me to resign from work and from this time absolutely I will not have a good opinion about that place. Later I had to contact with two organisations because of the behaviour of few people, which behavied to me in rude way. One of this person couldn't stop even after my resignation from the recruitment (Yes, MY resignation and a lot of people knows about that with details. They know also what I gave as a reason of resignation. These are MY words not that person!!! Unfortunately he put MY words, arguments into his mouth and uses as his own), even after my leaving of this company. I got an advice from these organisations but finally I decided that in the Netherlands there is a lot of good work, better paid, with possibilities to develop, with nice people that it is not worth to talk, explain or fight, because I was in shock, how people can behave. Their behaviour shows who They are and They should be in a shame, not me. One of these person doesn't work from September 2020 so for me is a good point, because I was waiting for that. He works max 2 years in one place and moves do other companies. I hope that he will meet a person/people which will play in the same game, which he plays with people. I hope. From this accident also I changed my attitude to Dutch people- before I thought that They are very nice, helpful, honest. Now They can smile widely, say thousands nice words and I will never believe even in one word. I can do only a business/cash with them, nothing more.

I see to be honest just the one problem is..... Walks a lot of meters or kilometres coz the wear house is really really huge one.
