β β β β β Arwadresses werkt tegenwoordig op afspraak. Mijn ervaring is dat ze zeer slecht communiceren en zeer onprofessioneel zijn. Ik voel mij als klant niet serieus genomen, omdat mijn berichten niet of veel te laat worden beantwoord, gemaakte afspraken niet goed worden bevestigd en ik ze ook niet telefonisch kan bereiken (alleen via whatsapp waarop ze slecht communiceren). Hopelijk werken ze hieraan, want gezien de berichten van andere klanten op hun instagram pagina ben ik niet de enige die hier last van heeft.
 Arwadresses nowadays works by appointment. My experience is that they communicate very poorly and are very unprofessional. As a customer I do not feel taken seriously, because my messages are not answered, or are answered too late, agreements made are not properly confirmed and I cannot reach them by telephone (only via whatsapp on which they have poor communication). Hopefully they are working on this, because given the messages from other customers on their instagram page I am not the only one who is bothered by this.

β β β β β Ruim een jaar geleden een aanbetaling gedaan, vervolgens ging de bruiloft niet door vanwege corona en heb dit aangegeven bij de eigenaresse. Ze weigert echter de aanbetaling terug te betalen. Alsof het mijn probleem is dat zij ondernemer is. Heel onprofessioneel, raad het af om hier te huren.
