100% AGREEMENT OF THE NETHERLANDS AEC
The undersigned acknowledge, confirm, and agree that:
- The AEC of the FNZ has reached a consensus for the allocation of the 2 Dutch mandates for the 2020 World Zionist Congress.
- In the 37th World Zionist Congress, 4 local chapters of Zionist World Unions (Britot) were represented at the AEC: ARZA, Mizrachi, Poale Zion and Likud.
- These four groups have agreed to sign this 100% agreement towards the 38th World Zionist Congress.
- The two allocated delegates for the FNZ will be from:
- A. Mizrachi
- B. ARZA
- Poale Zion and Likud, represent an important segment of the Jewish population of the Netherlands and therefore their decision to allocate the two delegates from the Netherland to Mizrachi and ARZA, in the 38th World Zionist Congress, will not in any way prejudice their standing as a full member of the AEC for the 39th World Zionist Congress in 2025, or its right to participate in the election process for that Congress.
- It should be noted that the in the representation of Poale Zion and Likud in the Zionist Federation of the Netherlands, both will have equal rights as ARZA and Mizrachi and voting rights.
