Zum einen wurde ich zurückgerufen als ich nicht durchkam, zum anderen hat die Dame für die Lösung meines Problems so viele Telefonate intern geführt bis das Ergebnisse gepasst hat. Andere hätten schon längst abgewunken, aber Frau Mariane nimmt sich noch Zeit für ihre Kunden und deren Probleme! Vielen lieben Dank!!
Best customer support I have ever experienced !! The German telephone support from Ms. Mariane is really awesome! On the one hand I was called back when I couldn't get through, on the other hand the lady made so many phone calls internally to solve my problem until the results were correct. Others would have long since declined, but Ms. Mariane still takes time for her customers and their problems! Thank you so much!!
