★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please visit this place on Saturday instead of Sunday. On Sunday most od the fresh Indian food will be soldout and you do not find it on Sunday. The store is very nice with all the spices,snacks, ready to eat food and vegetables. Although I could not find good quality green peas and frozen chapati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good indian store. Price is bit higher. You can get many Bengali fishes here. I saw hilsha, pabda, rohu and many more Bengali fishes in the shop. Even you can get "khejur Gur", gobindobhog rice, kahusndi etc. It is open till late evening but Monday shop is closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop where you can get almost all Indian grocery, but the bad part us that most if the items are not marked with their price, so you may have to ask the owner about the price if the item, if price matters to you. however, if it doesn't matter what the price of the item is, it's not a problem for you. It's walkable distance from zonnestein metro stop. You can also get some Indian cooked food/snacks here, apart from the packaged grocery/raw materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allright, first off, it's a delight to see Indian stores and smiling staff. So my first step in was pleasant. May be I visited immediately after the store opened, the sales staff was very busy in arranging stuff. Could have arranged everything before the store is opened for public (do it the Dutch way rather than the Indian way).
Now what disappointed me is that there are NO PRICE tags. For each item, you have to ask the staff. When I asked why this store doesn't have price while all other Indian stores do, the response from the gentleman was that the prices keep changing.
Do prices change regularly?
That's when I decided to step out and go back to other Indian stores. Even if the prices are more, I prefer transparency. And that was not evident. I asked for price of some fish and the response was € 8 Something. What is "something" ?
Please put price tags and change them when the price changes.

You will see already cut fish packs outside but don't be alarmed, they have whole fish of varying kinds inside and they will cut fresh if you want. An amazing Bengali shop in Amstelveen, Netherlands??
