I am 20 years old and needed to get back into shape and find a sport that would allow me to regain strength both mentally and physically. Choosing Aspire Pilates was the best decision, Lucy, the instructor, is very professional, speaks perfect english, her studio is perfect equipped and in a super central location, she pays attention to every detail and is great at motivating, they are highly professional and individualised sessions and you can feel the difference after each lesson with her.

She is rebuilding me muscle by muscle and my posture has improved, my aches and pains are disappearing and I am becoming more flexible. I just wish I started pilates years ago. I highly recommend Aspire Pilates!

I've taken about six classes so far and I am very happy with the exercises she is giving me as a former dance student with several chronic injuries. Lucy is able to adjust to everyone's level and specific needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspire Pilates in the heart of The Hague City offers a wide range of pilates movements to achieve "mens sana in corpore sana". Lucy has a very personal aproach and she has a very sharp eye to adjust my posture in the right way. I noticed more stability, focus, flexibility, consciousness of the core. It is always a pleasure and a surprise to excercise pilates with Lucy!
