★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently build a desktop and discovered that one part was missing. It was fairly hard to get this precise part. I did some online searching, but to no avail unfortunately. The next day I decided to contact Asrock division in my country. I was helped right away and I received my component very quickly. Friendly people and service. Just great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a ASROCK board to build a fast computer for my son. At the end it is supposed to be a fast XBox substitute. After some search on internet I decided to buy the Z97M OC Formula from ASROCK. However since I am not assembling Computers every day, in fact it was 2nd computer I assembled from scratch, I had difficulties to get it working and was already under the impression that the board may be faulty.
Than to my deep surprise I received really excellent support from ASROCK by phone and email. It was amazing, the computer started quickly and I understood what I made wrong. Everything on the board is working as designed and I absolutely can recommend ASROCK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an ASRock Motherboard and unfortunatly lost the screws for the M.2 slot. I contacted the support and they sent me screws only within 3 days per post. Friendly and helpful support. (I'm from Germany)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bought an ASRock AM1H-ITX motherboard about 4-5 years ago and it still works 100%. Only the BIOS (CMOS) battery was gone begin this week. It's a special (soldered) one which wasn't readily available so I've contacted ASRock. I've asked what the cost would be for such a battery but they told I'll get one for free. And indeed one day later I received the new CMOS battery! Thumbs up for this service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a minor problem with the ASRock X570 Taichi that I bought in 06/2019 - the response was quick and friendly. Peter from ASRock arranged the perfect solution within no-time. With a personal engaged interest in their customers and their problem, this can be called an excellent service. NO standardized mail templates or no response at all, just an on point personal reply with a solution and a nice sidenote. This is what a company breaks or makes. In my case it made my day and I will return to ASRock for other producs in the future.
