★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heeft ons telefonisch zeer goed te woord gestaan bij een buitensluiting. Was helaas niet zelf in staat om te komen, omdat hij niet in de buurt was. Maar heeft diverse tips via telefoon gedeeld om het alsnog zelf op te kunnen lossen. Kwam op mij over als een zeer gedreven vakman die zelfs in zijn privé tijd mensen in nood te woord staat. Hulde voor deze man!
